We think of time as one of the world’s few constants. But that’s not the case. One hour to most humans is easily understood. But to a mayfly which has a lifespan of about 1 day, an hour is a meaningful chunk of their lives (equivalent to over 3 human years). That same hour could very well feel the same to that mayfly as what three years feels like for us.
Everything in life is relative, depending on each one’s circumstances! And more than anything, time.. waiting for your next daily!
